Ascot Cardiology Group is an affiliated service provider to Southern Cross, NIB and other leading insurance providers. As a general practitioner it’s very easy to refer one of your patients to our cardiology services, either with a letter of referral, electronically via HealthLink or using our online referral form below where you can securely enter patient information for us to review.

We will make the necessary arrangements with your patient to see one of our specialists, or alternatively they can contact us directly to make an appointment.
If your patient has Southern Cross Insurance, we will seek prior approval for them, or advise them how best to go about getting cover for our services if they are partnered with an alternative insurer.
